1. The semi-automatic keg filling machine

This new designed semi-automatic beer keg filling machine is special designed for medium capacity brewery/brew pubs. It’s easy operating with high efficiency.

The working flow includes CO2 purge, filling head. All-in-one filling method design, the working is reliable.We upgraded the PLC control Program system,improved the whole cofiguration,making the operation of the machine more steady!

2. The filling part for checking

Filling system consists of filling valves, control devices, etc. Filling valve components, including liquid valve, the back (Note) trachea, air valves, lifting mechanism, exhaust valve.

Empty barrels into the filling machine and then purging CO2 to discharge the air. The next step is fill beer.

3. The Siemens PLC and touch screen

Function:

1) It is controlled by PLC industrial computers, and it is full-automatic.

2) If machine stops, there are the reasons you can see on the floor. “Such as Machine stop because there is no caps”.

3) It adopts frequency (Mitsubishi) conversion stepless speed regulation.

4) Sealing machine and filling machine are connected by hooks coupling universal coupling to make sure them a same working pace.

5) There is a long pipe connected with a scram button. Operator can carry it anyway. This makes machine more safety and protects operator well.
